Client Care Team

We welcomed Madi to the Raintree team in October 2021.Madi comes with a lifetime of animal experience as she has always surrounded herself with pets. She is very experienced working with difficult/emergency situations when it comes to the owner and their pet. Madi understands what a stressful time it can be and is here to give support/help when needed. “My favorite part about my job is getting to know the pets and their owners. I enjoy talking to the families and getting to know each client personally because here at Raintree we treat each other like family and we love when our clients can feel like a part of that family as well.” In her free time Madi enjoys spending the day on the lake, days on the family farm, self-care, and dinners with friends. She also enjoys her free time with her son and three dogs, spending most of their time soaking up the sun. Her three dogs consist of an Australian Shepherd, a Husky-German Shepherd Mix, and a Lab- Hound Mix.

Client Care Team

We welcomed Tristan to the Raintree team in February 2022. She came to Raintree with 5 years experience in vetcare and 7 years experience in human resources. She obtained degrees from Midland Technical college in human services and the University of Maryland in healthcare management with an emphasis on business administration. Tristan is knowledgeable about the food department and is the perfect person to inform you on what diet is best for your fur babies. Her favorite part of her job is to help you keep them at a healthy weight and insure they live a long healthy life. She also really loves the cuddles from all of our fur friends. Tristan is a military spouse and some of her favorite things to do in her spare time is spend time with her husband and their two fur baby’s (Argos & Tala). She also enjoys visiting historical sites, watching documentaries, hiking, and riding her Harley Davidson.

We welcomed Eve to the Raintree team in May 2023. Eve has lots of experience in customer service, which makes her an amazing receptionist at Raintree. She is the first person you’ll see when walking through our doors. She always has a smile and is ready to help with your pet care needs, whatever they may be. Eve’s favorite part about working at Raintree is helping to make sure you are well informed about everything relating to caring for your pet. She is here to answer all of your pet related questions including, preventative care, procedures, medications, boarding, grooming, and dietary needs. In her free time Eve enjoys spending quality time with family and friends., dining out, cooking and attending sporting events. She also spends a lot of time with her pitbull Charlie.

We welcomed Kayla to the Raintree Team in August of 2023. Kayla came to Raintree with 5 years of grooming experience and 11 years of customer service. She also went to school to become a EMT. Kayla’s favorite part about working at raintree is getting to learn the unique stories of each of our rescue patients and forming a bond with all of our pet parents. In her free time Kayla enjoys attending KC sporting events and going to the lake. She also spends a lot of time with her two dogs Thor( Rottweiler/Husky Mix) and Jane (Lab/Great Dane Mix), and her two cats Muffin and Mocha
